Monday, March 9, 2009 Jesse Carrier and Mara Miller are the husband and wife team of Carrier & Company. As a contributing editor and stylist of Vogue and Men’s Vogue, Carrier had an opportunity to work with top designers before starting the firm. He was also able to score Anna Wintour as a client. { Look for her orange chest among the photos below. } The Carrier & Company portfolio offers something for everyone. Modern airy loft, traditional well-appointed house, tasteful New York apartment. I like all of their interiors are comfortable and grounded — yet the rooms are interesting for their use of materials and arrangement of elements.

Their work is really really nice. My former company actually did some work in that Tribeca Loft apartment, and we remarked at the time how nicely it was appointed.
