What’s your niche?

I love cozy, little carved-out spaces. My grandparents had a wood-paneled sleeping alcove that was barely big enough for a bed. Nestled between two other bedrooms, this little nook was my favorite place to read, sleep, play, and hide. I still remember its old library smell… I’d just love to closet myself in that tiny room right now and take a nice nap!

Here are more nooks and niches to inspire you. Which do you like?

I'll take pretty much all of them. It's so rainy and nasty here today that a cozy little niche sounds perfect.

Didn't we call the wonderful little room the "alcove" ?
It was my favorite too, with the red tile roof overhang and
vision of the expansive front lawn. When I slept there I
always felt safe and in a home filled with love.

Aw, hell, I'm not choosy...any of the above would make me one happy girl. Although, Jenna Lyons bathing room, well, that one is pretty damn spectacular. Off the charts, in fact!
