Blog Love

Very generous Leah at More Ways to Waste Time { perfectly named blog, as I have deliciously treasured each minute I’ve wasted there } has tagged eye spy with an “I Love Your Blog” Award. I’m so happy! And I’m especially honored because I think the world of Leah and More Ways to Waste Time.

Here are the rules

1. The nominated is allowed to put the picture on their blogs.
2. Link to the person who awarded you.
3. Nominate seven other people and link to them.
4. Leave a message on those people's blog to make them aware that they're nominated.

It’s now my turn to share the award with my favorite bloggers. I confess my list of favorite blogs is way too long, I spend way way way too much time combing through all them { yes, daily! }, and it’s been challenging to edit the list down to 7 blogs. So, here goes. Like Leah, I selected blogs that just might be new to you. Enjoy!

dear ada

{ Finger on the pulse of art. And love the dog category too. So many categories — plan to spend lots of time at dear ada. }

Design Crisis

{ You absolutely must read this blog daily. Karly + Erin are hilarious! It's design, art, + culture through their eyes. I only discovered Design Crisis a few weeks ago and it's at the very top of my list! }

Design Therapy

{ Brad Ford is a fabulous interior designer with a sharp eye. His Design Therapy is filled with industry news and stunning interiors. Very therapeutic. }

London Calling

{ This terrific blog is new to me. Handsome interiors, great fun. And as soon as I click on London Calling, The Clash starts waling in my brain as background music. Can’t beat it! }

Material Girls

{ As you know, I have a huge design crush on Julia Edelmann of Buckingham Interiors + Design. I just learned she’s 1/4 of Materials Girls. Scope out her posts and see the world through her eyes. }

Velvet & Linen

{ Brooke Giannetti's Velvet & Linen highlights such exquisite antiques, fabrics, and furnishings. I especially love the chalky gray Swedish antiques. }

Strange Closets

{ I love Strange Closets for T8’s very original content centered in and around Chicago. Every Thursday, we’re privy to a house tour. Most other days, T8 guides us to a spectacular shop or features an interview with a designer or expert. Quite nice. }

Have fun exploring, readers. And if you discover a blog you especially like, share it here by commenting.

Wow Susie! I am completely commentless (is that the equivalent to speechless?).
What an honor to be given this award!
I appreciate being grouped with these other wonderful blogs.
I will definitely participate although it make take me a few days to chose only 7 blogs that
I love.

Houses are not cheap and not every person is able to buy it. However, personal loans are created to support people in such cases.
